I tried calling your customer support service and spoke to William. I explained I wanted to cancel any previous orders and he hung up on me. Please do not send any more shipments to me. My skin does not react favorably to these products. I called my credit card company and they cancelled my card. Please acknowledge this email. Thank you.

I just talked to a lead supervisor who mumbled so not sure what his name was.
I complained that my credit card had been charged for another supply of purasia.
I did not order it and did not see anything when ordering that I would be shipped another bottle. He said he can't do anything about it..............he was lead and had no authority.
I suggest you get somebody that can answer questions and issue credits on this product.
I want this product stopped..........i specifically looked at all the material when ordering and there was no mention of auto shipping. sounds like a big SCAM to me.
contact me as soon as possible to straighten this out. Your customer support needs help.

I had to call 3 times, but I got my "order" cancelled. However, when I looked at the "confirmation" number, I realized it was the same as the order number on my
"Free Trial". Sounds as BOGUS as everything else about this company. By the way, did anyone else notice that the product smelled rancid? I did not even try it! There was no stem attached to the cap of the serum, so it did not pump, I smelled it and decided not to try it anyway. I have also cancelled my credit card, a real pain at Christmas time. I really hate being a "Sucker"!!!
